Terms of service

Last updated: September 30, 2026

Using Latten

These terms apply to the Latten website, console, and hosted services, including Discover. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you use Latten for an organization, you must have authority to accept terms for it. A separate signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms. Contact hello@latten.io with questions.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and integrations. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. The service is intended for adults and organizations, not children.

Permission to connect and test

Only connect, scan, or test applications and services you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for obtaining permissions for the data you submit and the actions you enable. Do not use Latten to gain unauthorized access, disrupt services, evade access controls, distribute malware, or violate another person’s rights.

SDK and connection coverage

The SDK observes the code paths you instrument. The installer identifies candidates in supported source files. Dynamic destinations, dependencies, unsupported languages, and unexecuted paths may be missing. Reports describe available evidence and do not guarantee a complete inventory, detection of every exposure, or compliance with a security standard. Review proposed code changes and test them before deployment. Open-source packages are governed by their accompanying licenses.

Discover benchmarks

Discover uses generated requests and model responses to evaluate MCP tool definitions. Results vary with the model, configuration, tools, and test data. A score does not guarantee that an agent will select your tool or complete a task in production. Dry runs propose calls without executing them. If you allow execution, you authorize calls to the selected tools. A server’s read-only annotation is a declaration, not a guarantee of its behavior. Use a test environment and restricted credentials. Cancelling a run does not undo calls already sent.

Your content and data

You retain rights in your source code, tool definitions, and other content you provide. You authorize Latten and its service providers to process that content as needed to operate the features you request. You are responsible for its lawfulness and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive data. Our privacy notice explains the information processed by the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Prices, billing periods, included usage, and any trial terms are shown when you subscribe. Where checkout specifies a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Manage cancellation through the billing portal or contact hello@latten.io. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the subscription terms shown at checkout. Refunds and statutory cancellation rights are subject to applicable law and any written offer. We will disclose material pricing changes before they apply to a renewal.

Third-party services

Connected services, model providers, and payment providers have their own terms. Their availability and behavior may affect Latten’s features. You remain responsible for charges and permissions associated with services you connect.

Availability and limitations

We work to keep Latten available, but features may fail or be interrupted. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free results, to the extent permitted by law. Keep your own backups and verify outputs before relying on them for significant decisions.

Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Latten is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights. Any additional allocation of liability in a signed agreement applies to that agreement.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using Latten and request account deletion. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, nonpayment, or material breach of these terms. We will provide notice where practical and legally permitted. Ending use does not remove payment obligations already incurred. Data handling after termination is described in the privacy notice.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will provide notice of material changes where required, and updated terms apply prospectively. Contact hello@latten.io first to try to resolve a dispute. These terms do not remove mandatory protections or legal remedies available under applicable law.
